IMPORTANT REMINDER!

 

Please use the same name as you have on your facebook or instagram account for tracing of your booking fee payment. To confirm your fitting appointment, you must settle a booking fee of ₱300 within 3 hours of booking via our fitting appointment form to avoid auto-cancellation of your appointment.  Send a screenshot of your payment to our Facebook Page for confirmation. This booking fee is applied to your final fitting bill.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the appointment will be eligible for a full refund. Reschedule of appointment should be made at least 72 hours prior to the original appointment. Otherwise, for both instances, booking fee will be forfeited (no exceptions).

MAKE SURE TO USE THE RESCHEDULE LINK IN THE EMAIL WHEN MAKING AN UPDATE WITH YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. DO NOT BOOK A NEW SCHEDULE TO AVOID AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION AND POPSSIBLE FORFEITURE OF THE BOOKING FEE PAID.​

Availability of dress:

For more efficient fitting process, please check and select from our rental gowns catalog the designs you would want to fit. Use this link to help you know whether the gowns are available on your appointment day and/or on your wedding. Please note that we are not responsible in monitoring the availability of the dress you would want to fit on your appointment date so please utilise the checker. As any changes for at least 3 days before your appointment means “short notice” and thus will forfeit your fitting fee, please make sure to check the availability again 3-5 days before your fitting appointment so you have time to reschedule or cancel your booking and to ensure that the dress is available on your fitting date.
